Decorating Day

This is turning out to be one of my favorite days of the year. We decorate for Christmas, we cook our own easy Thanksgiving meal to enjoy and spend time as a family (often not even getting out of jammies).

Grandma and Gram came to help decorate and play with the kids and enjoy our meal

 Yummmmm

We are blessed!

Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving, we had such a wonderful time with the Lamarche family we took almost no pictures, we did get a couple eating some dessert! It was truly a day we were thankful for.

Joellee's Senior Night

We enjoyed being able to celebrate Joellee's last home volleyball match at WWU. She has had an amazing career and we really enjoyed getting up to a few more matches this year. They finished the year making it to the sweet 16 round in NCAA Div II.
They had senior masks for fans, so all the kids got to be mini Joellee's!
Waiting to go out on the court and be recognized, the above is all the senior families, the below are the 3 seniors on the team.

School awards

Proud parent time. Our school does little awards assemblies by grade each month or two. Both Lucy and Jaydon got awards this week. Lucy for a positive attitude and Jaydon for perfect attendance. We are thankful both Jeremy and I could make it and share in their success.

Snow

Oh my gosh, these pictures kill me. We had a little bit of snow coming down and the girls got very excited. Lucy got down and out all of their snow stuff she helped Kate get dressed and they headed outside (I did not help a bit until they got to the garage and needed help putting on one mitten).  Then they started making a snowman.

I didn't think they would be able to build a snow man with the 'massive' quantities we had but they did it!  A few leaves thrown in for character.

I am proud of their determination and initiative.
We ran up to Bellingham for another volleyball match and swung by our old neighborhood. We were going to check on the house and our old neighbors. I was surprised to find my rose bush still in bloom in early November with snow. That thing is hearty. Thanks Angie for the plant years ago.

More Art

More art from the kiddos
Kaitlyn
Lucy did the above at school and the below at home mostly on her own

Lucy did all of these except the two on the bottom of the bottom pic, those were Kate.

Lucy colored the parrot at a restaurant and got to put her art on the wall, she was thrilled.

J's miscellaneous

Every once in awhile I get on my phone or remember to sync some pics. These are just a random few from ones that Jeremy sent my way.
His awesome suit for his national business meeting - there was a wear the brand colors contest - he nailed it
Meeting his cousin and his second cousin on a business trip up North. He loved getting to meet them and of course snuggling a cute baby.

The kids at a giant horse - I honestly have no idea when this was taken or why, I don't think I was around.
Our Dad is loved, the above cards are birthday and the below ones are from Father's day. No worries that I am publishing them in November ;-)
