Sister Bath

And we wind down our busy day with the girls first sister bath!  They had a great time.

What's for dinner?

Haha, what's for dinner in the Smoldon household after a birthday party and eating most of the afternoon, that's right Broccoli!  Seriously, I had to take a picture because we all just ate brocolli for dinner.

Zander's Birthday

We enjoyed a wonderful visit up to Bellingham.  We got a chance to swing by and visit our old cul-de-sac and then went to a birthday party for Zander.  Jeremy and I always say how much we miss it whenever we drive North, I wouldn't be surprised if that is where we end up eventually.
Jaydon having a good time
Kate and Meggan getting to know each other, they about 7 weeks apart.

Zander and Grayden loved the park rangers truck and watching him do the garbages

All the kiddos, it is fun, Jaydon, Grayden and Zander will all start kindergarten next year.
Happy Birthday Zander, we had a fun day celebrating with you!

Stories with Dad

Kate doesn't want me to read her stories before bed, she wants me for milk, so Dad has started doing story time every night and they have a good time with some daddy-daughter bonding.

Edmonds Festival

Jeremy had a work conference so I decided to take the kids to a waterfront festival.  The free shuttle was a bit of a disaster but it was an old fashioned trolley so we waited for it to ride on the way home.  It was a fun adventure but definitely expensive activities and food.  I am so lucky my kids are such amazing little people, they wait patiently and follow directions and in general make it pretty easy to be there mom!
Enjoying the bouncy houses!

And enjoying some food

Ferry trip

We took the ferry across to Kingston to meet Jen and Etienne at the park. It was a great little trip because we could walk across and play, eat lunch and walk back.
On the ferry with Dad
Swings!

Yum

E was super tired, so he rested a bit on the big yellow swing.

Presents with Lucy

One day Lucy entertained herself by getting into the wrapping bin and wrapping a ton of presents for everyone.  She found lots of toys and books to regift and had a wonderful time handing them out and having us all open them.  It was pretty cute.

End of year picnic

We headed to the park to celebrate the end of the school year for Jaydon.  We had a wonderful time playing at the playground with all our school friends.

Jaydon and his best friend Miles were quite inseparable during school.

Kate is 7 months

Kate is 7 months!  Evidently the third child lack of photos hit for this month!  We have been so busy that I didn't get behind my camera much - sorry Kate :-)

At 7 months Kate continues to like to eat solids - she is really digging the pouches of food and sucks them down, she also enjoys drinking out of a regular cup.  She is pretty good at getting quite a bit of liquid in her mouth and not down her shirt but does have some disasters.  She is starting to nap a bit better and we are really working on getting her at least one good nap at home when she needs it each day.  She loves the water, playing in the pool and the bath tub, she sits and plays with toys so well it is crazy.  She is starting to roll around or try to scooch her way somewhere else but still isn't all that interested in crawling.  It is a fun and joyful stage, we are loving it.  Oh and she will probably pop her first tooth in the next week or two, just like her sibs.

End of Preschool Sing

Jaydon celebrated the end of Pre-K with a spring sing concert.

He was then given an awesome memory book made by his teacher.  It was quite special.

Jaydon plays soccer

We signed Jaydon up for soccer this season.  He has had a good time and enjoys running around.  I signed up to coach so that has been fun.

One of the grandmas enjoyed getting some time to hold Kate.
