New Years Eve

We had a wonderful visit with Granny and Papa but illnesses kept us pretty mellow.  So we rang in the New Year with the kiddos at about 7:20 watching fireworks from Dubai, dancing around during our 3 minute countdown and clinking our sparkling cider.  Happy New Year!!  

More Family Visits

Cousin Britt made the visit from Korea and we were able to get a bunch of family together to celebrate the Hawks game and have an extended Christmas.

Britt wrote our names on the presents in Korean and then had an alphabet translator so we each got a turn trying to figure out whose present was whose.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed getting to see everyone!  Not to mention celebrate a Hawks win!!

Extended family come to visit

We got to enjoy a wonderful extended holiday by having a lot of family visit.  Granny and Papa arrived and Uncle Chip, Keano, Kaden, Gwen and GreatGrandmaAleen

We enjoyed our visit with the family and getting a chance to see the 'kids' again.

Merry Christmas

We woke up and had a wonderful low key Christmas Day.  Santa came and we got to open our stockings and gifts that had been mailed from family afar.  We then headed to a morning church service and had a relaxing afternoon/evening ending with a family movie of the Grinch.

Jaydon got some TMNT and he was quite thrilled as well.

Christmas Eve

We had a fabulous time hosting the Stange Family Christmas on Christmas Eve.  It is quite the tradition and we love getting to have everyone come to hang out and celebrate.  

I went for a new tradition this year and had a bunch of same type puzzles so we had a puzzle competition, I had a great time, can't say how the contestants truly felt but I will keep it up because I laughed.

The kids just missed Santa this year, they went out looking for him but arrived home just after he had left.  He did leave a lot of presents!
