Jeremy recruited Greg to help him with stuff at our old house so Wendy and I took the kids to Nona Lainie's for the day. She happened to have a horse ride certificate so we all went and had a great time taking the kids on a trail ride.
Jaydon, Brenna and Lucy all had a fabulous time, they had great horse posture and enjoyed their rides.
When our leader was leading us by the horses she introduced a few to us and Brenna wanted Goldilocks, Jaydon saw the biggest one and found out his name was Pirate and was sold and Lucy didn't really pick hers but she got one of the really little ones named Kermit. (By the way, I couldn't remember all their names so I just had to go ask and sure enough Jaydon and his great memory came through again)

When the guide first brought a horse out Lucy was pretty fussy and acting up and I was a bit worried, turns out she was just mad she couldn't get on the horse already and was so excited when she was finally riding.

The farm was lovely, some of the trail was dirt road around the corrals and then some was in a wooded area - beautiful!
