Jumble of July

Some random July pics

Hobbes is a menace, this is where he stands when Lily is trying to eat her food right in front of him. He then bats at her so she will leave and he can eat her food. We have had to quarantine him during meal times for her!

I got the kids in private swim lessons at our clubhouse pool. It has been great! Above is Jaydon floating on his back, next pic is Lucy with her teacher Diego, third is Kate working on stroking around a noodle and the bottom is Lucy and Kate getting started.

Jeremy and I took advantage of Parent's Night Out at our gym and dropped off the kids so we could have a nice anniversary dinner in Old Town. When we were wandering around after we came across this amazing shop and I couldn't pass up a pic of my soon to be 40 year old!

Taking Dad out to ice cream to celebrate his big 4-0! Happy Birthday Babe!

Granny and Papa came down and we got to spend two days together showing them around our town. We hit the water slides one day and these pics were taken there.

Just June

 We made a fun ice cream bar cake for Dad to celebrate Father's Day!

Lucy won a huge raffle of gift cards at the big school ice cream social to wind up the year.

 I had the gang after school so we made some helicopters and raced them

 Of course playing in the neighbor's pool is a fun way to spend some time

 Jaydon and I participated in the Mother Son Wacky Golf tournament through our parks and rec. It was great!

 It is a 'golf' tournament where you use all kids of different equipment to get various balls in the holes

Work Fun

 We had a fun lunch at work to say good-bye to Pastor Drew as he headed to a new church to be the senior pastor there.  We were sad to see him go but enjoyed our lunch celebration and took a couple pics with the cardboard Drew as instructed.  Myself, Amanda and Liz having a good time.

Pillow case fun

I can't recall quite what started the madness but I think it involved trying to spare the pillow cases on my actual pillow from the floor and kid feet.  Whatever it was the kids had a blast running around in pillow cases, jumping and playing.  It was a fun morning for hanging out at home and relaxing.

Mark turns 1

Mark turned 1 and had an amazing birthday party and a local bouncy house place.  We enjoyed getting to spend time with some friends and bounce to our hearts content, the adults got to take part in everything which made it especially enjoyable.
