The morning of the 4th I woke up knowing we would be going to a parade but hadn't decided which one. Then I saw that the closest one also had a fun run for people to do (10k, 5k or 1 mile family run) so we hurried to get ready and rushed to the starting line. It was a great event that we will probably make a tradition!

It was a great way to start the day and we were then there to get good parade spots and wonder around the town for a little while!
