Cookie Day

We had a busy cookie day. Unfortunately the kids had birthday parties and gymnastics performances so they stayed home with Dad and attended multiple events while I went and baked all day. It was a fun day for all but I did miss having the kiddos come up for dinner after baking all day.

The table wasn't too crazy this year though we still ended with hundreds of cookies and 12 different types of goodies.

Cookie Day

Another successful Cookie Day. We had the oven turned off by 3:45pm and had 12 different goodies to pass around (literally hundreds of cookies). The problem this year was that Jeremy traveled for almost 2 weeks straight after we had cookie day so all those cookies were consumed (mostly by me) before they made it to neighbors!  It was delicious and dangerous all at the same time.

Enjoying our traditional taco meal after the day was done.

Cookie Day

We had another crazy Cookie Day.  Hours of work and 100s of coolies later we were done.

Cookie Day

I love cookie day, it has been a tradition for at least the past six years and it is so fun to have a day to bake and enjoy family time.  Not to mention I love coming home with a huge bin of cookies that are so yummy!
We really had our system down this year.  The table was kept moderately clean and the 11 types of cookies we made were pretty much done and divvied up by 5pm.  It was pretty amazing.
