Happy 11th Anniversary

Haha, so us, on our anniversary these are the only pics I got.  Jaydon and Lucy helping Dad open his gift from me.  It was the steel anniversary so I got him some Stihl garden tools.

Our 10th wedding anniversary

Jeremy and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary!  We were planning to do a short weekend trip but t-ball and family vacations and company has caused us to push back our weekend outing.  We will get to it but for our actual anniversary we had some fun time as a family and took the kids out to dinner with us to a new restaurant.  Happy 10th to us!

5 Year Anniversary

Jeremy and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary on June 27th and had a wonderful evening. First I have to mention how creative my husband is. We have been following the traditional anniversary gift ideas each year and year 5 the gift is supposed to be wood. We both struggled a bit to come up with ideas and while I think Jeremy enjoyed his gift I was blown away by what he gave me. I open this long box and inside is a 5 wood! How perfect, 5 years, and a 5 wood (though it isn't actually made of wood, it was much better and more creative). In addition there was a gift certificate to get a new set of golf clubs which I have been in need of for quite awhile.

Here is our typical before going out head shot we take ourselves.

Our main dish - it was fabulous.

Our server took this one, if you look carefully in the background you can see a red card that looks like it has a heart on it. The restaurant gave us a Happy Anniversary card when we arrived. It was pretty cool.

My favorite part - the dessert!

This is a traditional anniversary photo that we take with our cats. We were tired so I did not put too much effort into having them look at the camera but at least we are all present and accounted for.
