Pumpkin Patch Field Trip

We got to enjoy another preschool field trip to The Farm.  Jaydon was fighting a cold but he had a great time seeing the sights and picking out his pumpkin.

Jaydon and his friend Miles, they have been in the same class two years in a row!

Watching Farmer Bob and the pig show, it is hilarious every year.  The story of the four little pigs with a big pig being the big bad wolf!

Out in the patch (we got to go on a hay ride to get there).  Jaydon always says he wants a white pumpkin but when we get out to the patch he always picks an orange one (I think the white ones are too dirty on the ground).

Here is his choice this year.

Following the leaders directions and listening to the rules for the barn maze and slide.

Seeing some of the animals.

The duck races!  Jaydon was a judge this year.

After the ducks swim down the 'river' they climb out and run back to their house.

At the end of the afternoon they get to enjoy creamsicles as a class.

As I write this Lucy asks when she gets to go, so stay tuned, next year it will be her turn for a field trip to the Farm.
