Minnesota Vacation - part 1 - snow!

We got to MN and immediately had to head outside to play in the snow before heading out to a wonderful dinner.  The kids have so much fun playing with snow, we only wish we could get a bit more of it at our house.  Maybe next year.

How lucky are we, the Alecu's (our family we stayed with) have a sledding hill in their own front yard.

Airport adventures

We woke up early and headed to the airport to go visit family in MN.  It is so nice that the Seattle airport has this fun kid area to blow off a bit of steam before heading to our gate.  The kids always have a wonderful time.

Merry Christmas

Christmas morning stockings are always a hit for the kids.  The nice thing with doing such a huge Christmas Eve is that our kiddos are not up really early chomping at the bit to open - yea for a little more sleep.

We watched The Grinch with family while Kate napped.

And the only photo of the afternoon/evening when we went to the LaMarche's to have a wonderful Christmas dinner.  Christmas was pretty low key and very fun.  What a great day celebrating with family.

Getting to skype with Britt and Seungil from Koriea - big news, they are getting married and having a baby!

Santa had just been here, the kids just got back from going looking for him and were looking out the window to see if they could see him as they had just missed him.

The gift that keeps on giving, Jim got them last year, who will get them next?  Or maybe they are just what Bill has always wanted!

We loved having everyone over and being able to spend the holiday together.
